• Mexico.  ¿Cómo puedo obtener la doble nacionalidad si nací en el Estados Unidos? 

El de 20 de marzo de 1998 entró en vigor la reforma constitucional que permite la no pérdida de la nacionalidad mexicana para los mexicanos por nacimiento. Los que nacen en el extranjero, hijos de padres mexicanos nacidos en territorio nacional, de padre mexicano nacido en territorio nacional, o de madre mexicana nacida en territorio nacional, son mexicanos por nacimiento, de conformidad con lo establecido por el artículo 30 sección A fracción II de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Para que puedan hacer uso de la nacionalidad mexicana, deben acudir ante el Cónsul Mexicano más próximo al lugar de nacimiento y registrar a sus hijos o bien si se encuentra en territorio nacional deben inscribir el acta de nacimiento extranjera en la oficina del registro civil mexicano, para lo cual dicha acta debe estar apostillada por la autoridad competente del lugar de nacimiento y traducida al español por un perito traductor autorizado por el Tribunal Superior de Justicia en las entidades federativas. Es importante destacar que con la inscripción del acta de nacimiento extranjera en el registro civil mexicano o con el registro ante las representaciones consulares de México en el extranjero acreditan la nacionalidad mexicana y que para entrar y salir del país debe hacerlo como mexicanos.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is the statutory title of qualified accountants in theUnited States who have passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination and have met additional state education and experience requirements for certification as a CPA. Individuals who have passed the Exam but have not either accomplished the required on-the-job experience or have previously met it but in the meantime have lapsed their continuing professional education are, in many states, permitted the designation "CPA Inactive" or an equivalent phrase. In most U.S. states only CPAs who are licensed are able to provide to the public attestation (including auditing) opinions on financial statements. The exceptions to this rule are Arizona, Kansas, North Carolina, and Michigan where the "CPA" designation and the practice of auditing are not restricted.

Many states have (or have had) a lower tier of accountant qualification below that of CPA, usually entitled "Public Accountant" or "Licensed Public Accountant" (with designatory letters "PA" or "LPA"), although other titles have included "Registered Public Accountant" (RPA), "Accounting Practitioner" (AP), and "Registered Accounting Practitioner" (RAP). Such designations were originally intended to license non-certified accountants who were practicing public accounting before a state accountancy law was enacted which would serve to regulate the accounting profession. The majority of states have closed the designation "Public Accountant" (PA) to new entrants, with only six states continuing to offer the designation. Helicopter - Joke

Bill and his wife Blanche go to the state fair every year, 

And every year Bill would say, 

" Blanche, I'd like to ride in that helicopter "

Blanche always replied, 

" I know Bill, but that helicopter ride is fifty bucks, 

And fifty bucks is fifty bucks! "

One year Bill and Blanche went to the fair, and Bill said, 

" Blanche, I'm 85 years old. 

If I don't ride that helicopter, I might never get another chance "

To this, Blanche replied, 

" Bill that helicopter ride is fifty bucks, and fifty bucks is fifty bucks " 

The pilot overheard the couple and said, 

" Folks I'll make you a deal. I'll take the both of you for a ride. If you can stay quiet for the entire ride and don't say a word I won't charge you a penny! 

But if you say one word it's fifty dollars. "

Bill and Blanche agreed and up they went. 

The pilot did all kinds of fancy maneuvers, but not a word was heard. 

He did his daredevil tricks over and over again, 

But still not a word... 

When they landed, the pilot turned to Bill and said, 

" By golly, I did everything I could to get you to yell out, but you didn't. 

I'm impressed! "

Bill replied, 


" Well, to tell you the truth

I almost said something when Blanche fell out, 

But you know, 

Fifty bucks is fifty bucks! "
