Sunrise Senior Living opened in 1981 as a resident-centered environment. Until then,
the only available senior care was in institutional-like facilities otherwise known as nursing homes.
With their new approach to senior care, Sunrise Founders Paul and Terry Klaassen began a
movement to champion quality of life for all seniors. Based in McLean, Virginia, our company

She is a seasoned self-starter and team motivated health care professional with over 25 years’ experience in management including senior housing, medical clinics, and senior service programs. Melody is a leader in operations, assessment and efficiencies. She attended American River College and took courses in Gerontology. Melody holds a RCFE Administrator Certification in California.

Nazareth Park Place is an appropriate community for residents transitioning from independent living communities or from home where needs have exceeded part-time care. This is an affordable healthcare community offering an all inclusive pricing structure that is ideal for residents with limited resources and higher care needs.
Nazareth Park Place is a larger established community that is licensed for 160 residents with both shared and privates’ room. Our studio rooms range from our small studio to our one bedroom 350 sq.ft. To 515 sq.ft., with court side studios as well. All studios have a private bath and are equipped with a kitchenette area with refrigerator and microwave and have plenty of cabinet space.
